[img]graemlins/cry_smile.gif[/img] ... i know i havn't been on in a while. as some of you kow i have gotten into the World of Warcraft beta and enjoying every minute of it.

i do not have time for 2 massive multiplayer games. it takes away from ones playing time. even if it is beta.

so i must say goodbye to lineage 2.. allthough fun and great with a clan like primez (best clan on lionna) i must say goodbye for a game that is.. well FUN. (you all know the grinding in the same area for weeks is lame too [img]tongue.gif[/img] , and the reward = siege, which if you die you are back to grinding to get back loss xp.)

the siege showed how.. usefull and useless a blade dancer is.

i know c1 just came out. but WoW, in its current state. has more content that c2.

well if there is ANYTHING you need to know about world of warcraft just let me know because imo it is a far superior game in design and funfactor.

currently in wow i have a lvl 13 tauren druid, 15 night elf rogue, 8 undead mage. all on the pvp server.

i will come on l2 and disban as soon as i can... and will be putting my account on ebay so if you see me..... it isn't me.

ok right now... all classes = farmer/merchant depending on what you put your sp into.

with my rogue i have... skinning/leatherworking/herbalism/alchemy

i skin all animals i kill.. i can make light armor/enhances to light armor (like right now i can add 3 def to almost all my armor). i pick plants with herbalism and make healing potions with alchemy and other enhancements like + to strength and + to def. and i have poison skills that need herbs to make.

but the tallent system is not in yet.. of which i read that dwarfs will get a bonus to finding good items.

with my mage i am able to solo things upto 4 levels above me. druid 1 lvl.. and rogue 2 lvles.

that is what it is right now.. everything is very likely to change. and right now the best pvp = mage.. but i am sure that will change... expecaly when the tallent system is introduced.

i have not yet done a instant dungon.. but i hear they are insalny cool.

i got some realy awsome looking pics if i can get a host. [img]smile.gif[/img] ...... the detail in this game is amazing. some of you might go.. "OMG the cartoony graphics are the suck ill stick with the good looking l2"

well here are all the equipment slots.
head, chest, feet, gloves, wrist, belt, 2 earings, 2 rings, necklace, cape, shirt.
whenever you add something to one of those spots it changes the look. except for the earings rings and necklace.

while im at it let me explain more about the game.

there is practicly no downtime. you can eat food(health) or drink water(mana) for fast regen while sitting.. and its real fast.. like 10 seconds tops. and your ready to fight again.
when you die you turn into a ghost. you have to run to your body and then rez. you will loose no xp..
the instant dungons are the big thing of wow. you get a group together and go down into one and it plays as a singleplayer game where the world revolves around your group. (for insance my friend told me he had to go save some guy or soemthing rather but he was to late and he told the group to run for there lives. so my friend ran and got onto a griffon and if you turn around you see a HUGE explozian taking out the entire city he was in.

animals hunt eachother. you will frequently see a panter or tiger hunt a rabit or mouse. you will even see groups of mobs walking together.
most "smart" creatures like human mobs or animals that half half a brain will run when they get low on life..

xp.... quests are one of the main things of this game. they show lots of story humor or just items. right now most of your best items come from quests or rare drops. all quests give xp.. and a good amount of xp.. lets say i go kill mobs that give me 150xp each.. i need to kill 10. so thats.. 1500 xp from killing mobs. the quest reward will problably be another 1500 xp and some good item you can wear. juts for running like 10 seconds away.

drops.. there are 3 kinds of drops.... regular drops with just lvl requirement...all quests items are bind on accuire. all you can do = sell to store when you don't need it anymore. boss mobs also have a bind on accuire. now the other thing.. rare item drops = bind on equip. that means you can trade as much as you want. but once you equip it.. its yours forever. or till you sell it. there are like 5 different kinds of rare's. all upto legendary i beleave. ohh, and you can craft your own equipment and can sell that to whoever. now i don't really like this binding stuff. but i also like it.. the market wont be flooded which is good. but trading is decreased.
now they are going to be adding a auction house very soon... its going to be ebay inside wow. so no sitting infront of anywhere trying to sell your goods.

best way to make money = material gathering. minerals/herbs/skin sell those in bulk or create better materials.. or even equipment. lets say you have enchanting and leathermaking.. you can permenently enchant the armor with +5 resistance to all. and use leathermaking to add + 10 def.. then sell that to someone.

items drop like mad. its not like lineage2. everything that is dropped can be used to craft in some form or another. many things have dropped that i have equiped becasue it gave me better def. no .0000001% droprate here. but to get the real good weapons/armor/anything.. the droperate on that is insane. just like l2. its mainly like diablo's rare items.

now the whole bind on aquire thing is to keep people to stop killing the same boss mob over and over and over for the rare drops and flood the market with them. and doing a quest and selling the items to other players.

if there is any info you guys want about the game.. or anyquestions about what i have said. im full of info

ps: forgot to mention pvp.. now i am on the pvp server. which is basicly horde vs alliance. the pvp is not ballanced yet and they are working on that. and they are working on the actual zone which (from what i hear) will play like warcraft 3 just you control your character. dunno yet. but every once in a while you will hear somewhere is being attacked.. so you go there and get rid of the bastards. they can kill npc's and then it takes a while for anything to respawn. and its just fun. no negatives about pvping. you dont' loose xp. i read on the website that you will eventualy get xp from pvping so thats a +. and then there is dueling... you duel soemone a big flag drops and askes the other person to duel you. both of you say yes and you FIGHT... now whoever wins it will annnounce in a type of yell command so it only goes so far that you just beat someone else. and if you loose you are standing with 1 health. so no deaths when you duel.

no one knows.

as of yet no character wipes.. just item/skill/quest wipes. but i am sure they will..
they said they don't want to but every company says that [img]tongue.gif[/img]
